Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya mentoring spiritual dalam mendidik pemimpin masa depan Kristen di era perubahan cepat. Dengan mengintegrasikan kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan hamba, mentoring spiritual terbukti membentuk pemimpin yang tidak hanya unggul secara kompetensi, namun memiliki karakter Kristus, integritas, dan relevansi dalam menghadapi tantangan digital serta sosial. Artikel ini juga mengulas aplikasi mentoring digital bagi generasi Z dan menawarkan kerangka praktis bagi gereja dan pendidik Kristen demi pembentukan pemimpin transformatif dan holistik.
