Abstract


Melalui tulisan ini, penulis memaparkan tentang pengelolaan
pendidikan melalui Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MMT) dan hasil
penelitian terhadap pelaksanaan MMT di SD Solafide School.
Penulis mendeskripsikan tentang sejauh mana pelaksanaan
MMT di SD Solafide School dan menganalisis penerapan MMT
di SD Solafide School. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.
Lima prinsip MMT yaitu berpusat pada pelanggan, perbaikan
berkelanjutan, komitmen, pengukuran, dan pelibatan
menyeluruh telah dilaksanakan di SD Solafide School, hanya
dalam beberapa prinsip tersebut masih belum sepenuhnya
maksimal.


Through this article, the author describes about the
management of education through the Total Quality
Management (TQM) and the results of a study of the
implementation of the TQM in Solafide Elementary School. The
author describes the extent to which the implementation of the
TQM in Elementary School Solafide and analyze the application
of TQM in SD Solafide School. The method used in this research
is descriptive qualitative research. Five principles of TQM
include: learner centered, continuous improvement,
commitment, measurement, and total group invoivement have
been researched in Solafide Elementary School, just a few
principles are still not fully maximized.
